Freedom Munitions normally shipping schedule is 3-5 business days from date of order. We ship Monday thru Friday. If your order hasn't shipped by day 6, please contact us for further information regarding your order at 208-746-3668.
Please allow 24-48 business hours for the tracking info to update to the UPS website. We load a trailer throughout the day and UPS then picks up in the evening and transports to the UPS hub in Spokane, WA. Where the first scan will take place and tracking information will be updated.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and click on secure checkout. You will then be instructed to add your state, zip code, and city for shipping rates. We ship UPS Ground only.
We offer payment with all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You will see a pending transaction hit your account and funds will be pulled as soon as the order ships.
You are required to notify Freedom Munitions within 90 days of any issues or defects with your purchase. You may also be required to return the suspected defected ammo for testing before receiving a refund or replacement within 90 days of the prepaid return label. If you contact Freedom Munitions after the 90-day period your claim may be subject to denial, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
We authorize the funds which causes a pending transaction that may fall off before your order ships. This does not mean the order has been cancelled. When the order ships the money will be pulled from the account and a tracking number will be provided.
Yes. It’s due to a law that took effect 2 years ago. States realized that they were missing out on a lot of revenue because people started buying online. Therefore those states were never able to collect sales tax. So they created a law in which all companies who sell product to another state must collect and pay sales tax in those states once they reach Nexus. The Nexus for each state is different. For some states it’s a dollar amount, other states the number of orders and in some states a combination of the two.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the order or combine orders. Our only option is to cancel the order, and have you place a new order. We can only make changes to an address if the order has not shipped for free. If the order has shipped it will be a $17.60 fee or it can be held at the nearest UPS facility for pick up at no charge.
You may cancel your order before the order status has switched to "shipped." Once an order has been shipped we are unable to cancel the order. You can cancel your order by calling us at 208-746-3668 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
