PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

By purchasing from Freedom Munitions online you affirm that you:

Are a U.S. citizen
Are 21 year of age or older.
Have never been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.
Have never been adjudicated as mentally defective or been committed to a mental institution.
Have never been a fugitive from justice, or an unlawful user of any controlled substance.
Have never been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.
Have never renounced his or her US citizenship.
Have never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
Are not currently subject to a court order that restrains you from harassing, stalking, or threatening a partner or child.
Are aware that our products are intended for adult use only.
Are aware sales tax will be applied to ALL purchases made online. (No Exemptions)
Are aware it is our company policy that all sales are final.
Are aware that Freedom Munitions reserves the right to change or update pricing at any time, and Freedom Munitions will not honor any discount because of the price change.
Are aware the prices shown on out-of-stock items does not necessarily reflect the price the item will be once back in stock.
Are aware you are responsible to notify Freedom Munitions if you would like to cancel your order immediately.
Are aware and accept a $20.00 rerouting fee, per package, for orders cancelled after they have already shipped. You are also responsible for the original shipping fee.
Are aware that if your order is Returned to Sender, for an incorrect address, refused package, or is deemed undeliverable. You will be responsible for your current shipping charges.
Are required to notify Freedom Munitions if you have a lost or damaged UPS package immediately.
Are required to notify Freedom Munitions within 90 days of any issues or defects with your purchase. You may also be required to return the suspected defected ammo for testing before receiving a refund or replacement within 90 days of the prepaid return label. If you contact Freedom Munitions after the 90-day period your claim may be subject to denial, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
Are aware Freedom Munitions provides ammo cans for free with select products. Freedom Munitions is not responsible for any damaged/broken cans that occur during transit. This also includes boxes and trays.
Are aware Freedom Munitions may require verification of your billing address. If your billing and shipping address differ.
Are aware Freedom Munitions is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. However, we do insure our packages through UPS, and you are required to contact Freedom Munitions to submit a claim. Note: You will be required to submit photos of damaged and/or missing items.
Are aware Freedom Munitions reserves the right to cancel any orders that appear suspicious or could be a fraudulent purchase.
Are aware that discharging, cleaning, or handling ammunition, components and/or firearms may cause exposure to lead and hold Freedom Munitions harmless and assume full responsibility for any such exposure.
You will be asked to agree to these terms and submit any additional government issued identification BEFORE the order will be processed.
You will be prompted while placing your order to upload your ID. The ID may also be emailed to support@freedommunitions.com. Orders for ammunition will NOT be shipped without proper identification and your confirmation to the above eligibility requirements.

Some states such as Illinois, New Jersey, and Connecticut require their residents to present a copy of a firearms/ammunition owner’s identification card when purchasing. You may log onto your account at freedommunitions.com to view any ID’s you may already have on file.

Instructions for Illinois Ammunition Sales:

FOID cards AND State photo ID should be uploaded during or before placing your order online. You may also submit by email – support@freedommunitions.com (IMPORTANT: You must enter your order number in the email subject line) It is your responsibility to follow up with Freedom Munitions to make sure we have received your information.
These MUST be current, valid, & completely legible.
Orders will be held for 3 days and then cancelled if proper documents are not submitted to and received by Freedom Munitions.
Ammo can only be shipped to an address on one of those two documents.
FFL Dealers must provide a copy of their FFL to support@freedommunitions.com to be added to the FFL Finder.
Check for other Local & State laws before ordering. It is your responsibility to know your state laws.

Instructions for Connecticut Ammunition Sales:

Connecticut Firearms/Ammunition Identification Card AND State photo ID must accompany ammunition orders. Firearms/Ammunition ID card can be uploaded during or before placing your order online or submitted by email to support@freedommunitions.com. (IMPORTANT: You must enter your order number in the email subject line) It is your responsibility to follow up with Freedom Munitions to make sure we have received your information.
These MUST be current, valid, & completely legible.
Orders will be held for 3 days and then cancelled if proper documents are not submitted to and received by Freedom Munitions.
Ammo can only be shipped to an address on one of those two documents.
Check for other Local & State laws before ordering. It is your responsibility to know your state laws.

Instructions for New Jersey Ammunition Sales:

New Jersey Firearms/Ammunition Identification Card AND State photo ID must accompany ammunition orders. Firearms/Ammunition ID card can be uploaded during or before placing your order online or submitted by email to support@freedommunitions.com. (IMPORTANT: You must enter your order number in the email subject line) It is your responsibility to follow up with Freedom Munitions to make sure we have received your information.
These MUST be current, valid, & completely legible.
Orders will be held for 3 days and then cancelled if proper documents are not submitted to and received by Freedom Munitions.
Ammo can only be shipped to an address on one of those two documents.
Check for other Local & State laws before ordering. It is your responsibility to know your state laws.

Instructions for New York Ammunition Sales:

Ammunition orders will only be shipped to a New York State Seller of Ammunition permit holder.
If your current FFL Dealer is not signed up with Freedom Munitions for transfers you may direct them to support@freedommunitions.com to sign up to receive transferred orders. (IMPORTANT: You must enter your order number in the email subject line) It is your responsibility to follow up with Freedom Munitions to make sure we have received your information.
These MUST be current, valid, & completely legible.

RESTRICTED AREAS:

Federal, State, and Local Laws Relating to Ammunition Purchases:

We comply with ALL local, state, and federal laws. The following list of state and local laws is NOT represented to be all inclusive of the 50 states’ numerous firearms, ammunition, and magazine laws. You must be aware of any laws affecting your purchase.

ALASKA CUSTOMERS: No ammunition sales.

CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS: No ammunitions sales.

CONNECTICUT CUSTOMERS: A legible copy of state issued identification and one of the following is required to purchase ammunition:
A valid CT permit to carry a pistol or revolver OR
A valid CT long gun eligibility certificate OR
A valid CT ammunition certificate.

HAWAII CUSTOMERS: No ammunition sales.

ILLINOIS CUSTOMERS: Must have current copy of FOID card and State Photo Identification, No sales of ammunition and/or magazines to the City of Chicago. No sales of Incendiary, Exploding, Armor Piercing, APIT, Tracer, or SureShot Exploding Targets.

NEW YORK CUSTOMERS: Due to New York State law, we can no longer ship ammunition purchased online to NY residents (we will still ship to FFL's and Seller of Ammunition permits)

NEW JERSEY CUSTOMERS: Firearms/Ammunition identification card & State ID must accompany ammunition orders for first time. No sales of magazines over 15 rounds, or hollow point ammunition.

RHODE ISLAND CUSTOMERS: Blue Card and Photo ID.

WASHINGTON DC CUSTOMERS: No Sales of any products.

US TERRITORIES OF GUAM, PUERTO RICO, and VIRGIN ISLAND CUSTOMERS: No ammunition sales.

MASSACHUSETTS: Due to Massachusetts State law, we can no longer ship ammunition purchased online to MA residents including Magazines over 10 rounds and serialized products (Lowers, Rifles & Handguns)

FLORIDA: Florida prohibits the manufacture, sale or delivery of any armor-piercing bullet or exploding bullet, or “dragon’s breath” shotgun shell, bolo shell, or flechette shell.

We do not ship ammunition to APO & FPO Addresses
We do not ship ammunition to PO. Boxes

We only ship orders to addresses within the U.S.

Freedom Munitions recommends if you live in an apartment that you have your order delivered to the Main Office or Property Manager's Office. Freedom Munitions is not responsible for lost or stolen ammunition. Do not forget to indicate what apartment number you live in.

Freedom Munitions strives to assure accuracy, in the event www.freedommunitions.com product is mistakenly listed with an incorrect price, www.freedommunitions.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.freedommunitions.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, www.freedommunitions.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Windows XP Security Warning
As you have probably heard by now, Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft. Therefore, for security reasons, we strongly discourage using Windows XP and we do not support Windows XP. Due to a recent mandatory security upgrade, there will now be degraded functionality for users who attempt to browse the storefront on Windows XP machines. Our technical team has advised that shoppers who use any version of Internet Explorer on a Windows XP machine will not be able to visit or check out on secure, HTTPS pages. While other browsers may still work, we do not recommend browsing the Internet with Windows XP and remind you that XP is widely known to be insecure and unsafe.

EXPORT POLICY AND EXPORT RESTRICTIONS INFORMATION

The U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control administer export control regulations that affect some aspects of our business. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR): Some of the item(s) on this website are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and export is strictly prohibited without authorization or a license issued by the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any ITAR restricted item(s), the Customer certifies that (i) the purchase does not require FreedomMunitinos.com to export such items, unless FreedomMunitions.com is aware of the export and has obtained the appropriate U.S. Government authorization; (ii) the Customer does not intend to export such items after receipt from FreedomMunitions.com without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization; (iii) the Customer does not intend to export, transfer, sell, or furnish the item to any foreign person, whether abroad or in the U.S., including any Foreign Embassy in the U.S., without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization; (iv) the Customer understands that a foreign person under the ITAR § 120.16 means "any natural person who is not a lawful permanent resident as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(20) or who is not a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)," and can mean "any foreign corporation, business association, trust, society, or any other entity or group that is not incorporated or organized to do business in the U.S., as well as international organizations, foreign governments, and any agency or subdivisions of government (e.g. diplomatic missions)" (See ITAR § 120.16); (v) the Customer is a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR § 120.15, meaning the Customer is a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(20), or is a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3), or is a "corporation, business association, partnership, society, trust, or any other entity, organization or group that is incorporated to do business in the U.S., or is a governmental (federal, state, or local) entity" (See ITAR § 120.15).

Export Administration Regulations (EAR): Some of the item(s) on this website are subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and export may be restricted by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security. By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any restricted item(s), the Customer certifies that (i) the purchase does not require FreedomMunitions.com to export such items, unless FreedomMunitions.com is aware of the export and has obtained the appropriate U.S. Government authorization; (ii) the Customer does not intend to export such items after receipt from FreedomMunitions.com without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization.

By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any items from FreedomMunitions.com, the Customer certifies that it will comply with all requirements imposed by all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies.
