By BILLI shoot this ammo in IDPA competitions. My son and I have shot over 10,000 rounds in the last year and we're completely sold on the quality and value we receive from Freedom. I am seeing more Freedom Munitions boxes than any other brand at the matches we attend.
By BlkSunShineI picked up about 400 rounds of this ammo. So far it has performed flawlessly in my Glock 17. No misfeeds, no stovepipes and no duds. The ammo is super clean. The brass is nice and polished. I really appreciate that. I don't like feeling like I'm getting crap all over my hands from loading my mags. These are nice and clean rounds. The groupings are nice and tight and shot to shot consistency is real nice. For the price you just can not go wrong.
Very Good Product
By DanielI have gone through my first box of 50, I had two bad primers out of 50. first time this has happened to me using FM ammo. But all other round performed to my standards, the rounds were very consistent and smooth shooting.
By JoeI use this ammo for local IDPA matches in my 1911 and it works perfectly. Mild recoil, consistent accuracy and Freedom Munitions delivers promptly.
By MarkOrdered 250 rounds of this for plinking and my friends and I were very impressed! Besides being reliable and consistent this ammo is incredibly clean and shiny compared to what I get in stores. I was surprised to see all the different bullet weights and types available. I gave these 135gr HPs a try and I have to agree that they are not a defense round. I did a sand test between these, a standard 115gr FMJ and a 115gr XTP hollow point. These preformed like the FMJ, penetrating around 11 inches with no visible deformity to the projectile whereas the XTP projectile flattened and shredded penetrating only around 5 inches. I think these HPs are designed to disintegrate when they hit steel targets to reduce ricochets. At the price I paid with a free shipping deal they're cheap enough to replace FMJs with a potentially safer round.
