Website Migration & Brand Merger FAQ

1. When is the migration happening?

The migration will be taking place on June 9, 2025.

2. Will I lose my order history?

Nope. All of your account info, including order history, saved addresses, and preferences, will be securely transferred to the new website. Nothing’s getting lost in the move.

3. Do I need to create a new account?

No new account needed. If you have an existing account with us, you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password. You can also do this the first time you check out on the new site starting June 9th—that’s it!

4. Will the website be down during the migration?

We’re expecting zero downtime. You’ll still be able to shop as usual while we upgrade everything behind the scenes.

5. Are Freedom Munitions, LAX Ammunition, and X-Treme Bullets now one company?

They’ve actually been part of the same family for years. For the last few years, Freedom, LAX, and X-Treme have been manufactured in the same facility under one parent company. Now, to improve your experience—faster site, one cart, expanded product access—we’re bringing them all under one digital roof at freedommunitions.com on June 9th.

6. What’s new on the upgraded website?

The new site is built for speed, convenience, and function. You’ll get:

  • -A new blog with tips, updates & more

-You can now order everything in one cart: live ammunition, components, and accessories.

7. What’s changing with LAX Ammo and X-Treme Bullets?

You’ll now be able to shop Freedom, LAX, and X-Treme products all in one cart, from one website. That means fewer logins, simplified shipping, and more selection all in one place.

8. Will my pricing or discounts change?

Nope. All pricing, product availability, and discounts stay the same. In fact, with all three brands in one place, you might see even better deals with bundling and shipping.

9. Will I still get Freedom/LAX/X-Treme email updates?

Yes! All emails will now come from Freedom Munitions, but we’ll be working hard to personalize the emails you receive based on your brand preferences. The good news is that you'll still be getting exclusive updates on restocks, deals, and new product drops from your favorite brand.

10. What if I have questions or run into an issue?

Our support team is here and happy to help. The support team you’ve interacted with for the last few years will not be changing and you can continue to reach out to them at any time at support@freedommunitions.com.
